At Neo Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture and appliances. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all assembly parts, manuals, and protective inserts.

  Arrange Collection

  Depending on the item size, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label or schedule a specialized courier to collect the furniture from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
